SEO Consult Nominated for Prestigious Regional Awards

The Liverpool Daily Post Regional Business Awards are one of the most prestigious business events held in the Merseyside area. In 2011, a Cheshire-based SEO consultancy, SEO Consult were one of three businesses to be shortlisted for the category of Medium Business of the Year.
The annual event is held to celebrate top-line growth, improved profit margins and high levels of local employment for companies that operate within the circulation area of the Liverpool Daily Post newspaper. The Medium Business of the Year award is for companies that employ between 51 and 250 staff, a prerequisite that SEO Consult meet.
The SEO specialists, whose offices are based in the Hooton are of Cheshire, offer a wide range of ethical They employ experts in the fields of web development, content creation and programming to offer a high level of technical expertise to the 350 clients that they currently work with. SEO Consult have also developed their own in-house built online reporting suite, clickTELLIGENCE, which allows SEO Consult to offer their clients an unparalleled level of transparency in the SEO services that they offer.
SEO Consult, which was founded in 2003, now employs over 75 staff, and are set to expand their current office space further in order to account for the rapid expansion they have experienced in recent years.

Other categories for the LDP Regional Business Awards included, Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, Investment of the Year and the Jaguar Land Rover Corporate Social Responsibility of the Year.
Other shortlisted organisations for the Medium Business of the Year award included the Jewellery chain, Boodles, and the information technology firm, the GB Group.
Chairman of the judging panel, Bill Gleeson said, 'It was noticeable that as well as a good number of entries, the quality was very strong this year. There were signs among some of the entries of the adverse effects of the recession, with many companies disclosing falling sales and tighter profit margins. But all of the companies on our shortlist showed strong financial performance, despite the recent tough times.'
