Bedroom fire in Stoke St Mary

A MAN has been treated for smoke inhalation after a bedroom fire at a property in Stoke St Mary, Taunton.
Fire crews from Taunton and a water carrier from Bridgwater found smoke issuing from the first floor of the two storey building and extinguished the fire within minutes.
There were no serious casualties but one man was treated by ambulance crews on scene for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
