Advice and support for West Somerset businesswomen

BUDDING businesswomen in West Somerset are invited to attend an event offering advice and support on how to get started.
Exmoor Women's Farming Group is hosting the Women in Business evening, which aims to encourage ladies to set up or build their own business, at Simonsbath House Hotel.
Guest speakers will include Nicky Saunter, one of the entrepreneurs behind a wool processing business from the Blackdown Hills which was featured on Countryfile and Sue Tout, who runs the successful farm diversification business BBQ Lodges.
Kate Harris, Exmoor Hill Farm Project's coordinator, said: “There are so many capable ladies on Exmoor with fantastic ideas and amazing skills but often a little bit of support can be all that is needed to turn an idea or a hobby into a budding business”
